Mr. Hennessy is an associate at the Philadelphia law firm of Sidney L. Gold & Associates, P.C., which has been recognized by the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register as a preeminent law firm in the field of employment law and civil rights litigation.

Prior to his association with Sidney L. Gold & Associates, Mr. Hennessy was associated with law firms serving as employment counsel to multiple Fortune 500 companies, including a large national retailer. On behalf of a major Fortune 500 financial company, Mr. Hennessy obtained experience litigating and negotiating breach of contract, restrictive covenant and trade secret cases. Mr. Hennessy has significant experience representing individuals and employers in federal and state courts and in administrative proceedings involving Equal Employment Opportunity laws such as Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.
