Biography:

Ms. Pashley is the Office Manager of the firm. Ms. Pashley is responsible for overseeing and supervising the clerical and secretarial staff of the firm. Ms. Pashley is also Mr. Gold’s Administrative Assistant and Paralegal. Ms. Pashley is a 1994 graduate of the American Institute of Paralegal Studies.

Discrimination Lawsuit Against Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Settled

Last Year, Sid Gold served as one of the lead attorneys in a nationwide class action lawsuit against Abercrombie & Fitch that accused the company of maintaining a "virtually all-white" and predominantly male sales force in it's 600+ stores. The company agreed to pay nearly $50 Million and instituted sweeping changes in its hiring practices as a result of the efforts of Sidney L. Gold and Associates.
