Biography:

Ms. Gold is the Client Intake Coordinator for the firm. Ms. Gold handles all new client inquiries, including initial consultations. She is knowledgeable on all aspects of employment law, including claims under federal and state anti-discrimination laws. Ms. Gold is a 1970 graduate of New York University and was awarded a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing in 1972 from Hunter College.

Discrimination Lawsuit Against Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Settled

Last Year, Sid Gold served as one of the lead attorneys in a nationwide class action lawsuit against Abercrombie & Fitch that accused the company of maintaining a "virtually all-white" and predominantly male sales force in it's 600+ stores. The company agreed to pay nearly $50 Million and instituted sweeping changes in its hiring practices as a result of the efforts of Sidney L. Gold and Associates.
