Musical Group Haim Fired Agent After Pay DisparityThe musical group Haim revealed that they fired their booking agent after a pay disparity issue. Allegedly, the members of Haim who are sisters received ten times less than a male artist for a festival in which they both performed. They performed at the festival one step below the male performer in hopes of gaining more traction on the radio.

Wage discrimination among the sexes is a prevalent issue that is trending in the news because it is a very real problem.
