He has led major cases, including a nationwide class action against Abercrombie & Fitch, and advises employers on compliance with Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA. Widely published and a frequent speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Philadelphia Bar Association, Sidney also serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent rating, and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and before multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
- William Rieser, Esq., Of Counsel, has been named to the Super Lawyers list each year since 2022. He represents both employees and employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, FMLA, and wrongful termination. A cum laude graduate of Widener University and Villanova University School of Law, William received the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law and has published on retaliation claims in The Legal Intelligencer. - Jamie L. Ford, Esq. has been named to the Rising Stars list annually since 2018. Jamie has secured significant jury verdicts, including back pay and punitive damages in pregnancy discrimination cases and $275,000 for emotional distress in a sexual harassment case against the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. She also achieved a key Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ruling in a whistleblower retaliation case, remanding it for trial, and regularly presents on employment law topics at industry conferences.
- Brian C. Farrell, Esq. has been named to the Rising Stars list for employment litigation since 2018. Brian represents employees and employers in a wide range of matters. He gained national attention for litigating Blatt v. Cabela’s Retail, the first constitutional challenge under the Americans with Disabilities Act, establishing that transgender individuals are protected from discrimination.
