Sid earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1975, and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second, Third, and Fourth Circuits, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Sid adds this recent distinction to the numerous other awards he has received throughout his career. He has been selected to the Super Lawyers list for 18 consecutive years, as well as been recognized by Best Lawyers in America. Sid has received the highest rating possible in employment law by the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register, being an “AV Rated” attorney for 15 consecutive years. He has also been selected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honorary organization of attorneys, judges, and legal scholars. Additionally, Sid is the founding member of the Third Circuit Court of Appeal Bar Association.
