Philadelphia employment law firm of Sidney L. Gold & Associates is representing a Mechanicsburg, PA woman in her lawsuit against her former employer, Vantage Foods PA Inc. The claim alleges that the woman was unlawfully terminated, sexually harassed and discriminated against.
According to the lawsuit, the woman was employed by the defendant in the position of machine operator. The suit asserts that despite her exemplary work, she faced age discrimination from her supervisor. Moreover, once the worker complained about the discrimination, she alleges that a different supervisor began to sexually harass her and her position with the company was terminated.
