Additionally, William Rieser, Jamie L. Ford, Leanne Lane Coyle, and Neelima Vanguri have been chosen to this year’s Pennsylvania Rising Stars list. Super Lawyers is a patented rating service that annually select attorneys in over 70 practice areas. The selection process for both services includes independent research, peer nominations and evaluations, honors and awards, special licenses, and other outstanding achievements.

Sidney L. Gold, principal shareholder of the firm and a well sought-after employment attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, represents both employees and employers in private and public sectors regarding employment litigation. With his extensive experience and knowledge, he has tried countless employment litigation cases. He is also a published author who has written articles for The Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly. Since he is a prominent and well-recognized attorney, he has also appeared on various local news broadcasts. Sidney has been selected to Super Lawyers each consecutive year since 2004 and was also named on the Top 100 Super Lawyers list in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia, which is an incredible professional achievement.

Sidney received his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Bar Employment Law Institute, and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Sidney is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second, Third, and Fourth Circuits.

Neelima Vanguri, an employment attorney and associate at the firm, defends both employers and employees. She gained professional legal experience at a prestigious litigation firm and from her position as a Conwell Research Fellow. Neelima was a part of the transgender rights case, Blatt v. Cabela’s Retail, and was named a 2018 Attorney of the Year by The Legal Intelligencer for her work. She previously published an article about the rights of transgendered individuals and has spoken at several engagements about a variety of employment litigation issues. This is her first year being selected to Rising Stars.

Neelima received her Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law and is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the South Asian Bar Association. She is currently admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Leanne Lane Coyle, an employment attorney and associate at the firm, represents employees and employers with various employment litigation issues. Leanne previously counseled plaintiffs in multiple labor unions, which transformed her into a versatile and excellent attorney at the firm. Prior to her law career, Leanne received her Juris Doctor from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was bestowed the Beasley Scholarship and was a member of the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society for her commitment to pro bono work. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Leanne has been selected to Rising Stars since 2020.

William Rieser, an associate at the firm, exclusively handles both employee and employer litigation cases in both federal and state sectors. As a previous law clerk, William gained credible experience in employment and civil rights matters. Thus far, William has advocated for clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey and continues to be honored for his professional achievements. William has been selected to Rising Stares each year since 2019. He received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and was granted the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law. He also previously published an article about employer retaliation in The Legal Intelligencer.

Jamie L. Ford, an associate and employment attorney at the firm, advocates for both employees and employers. She concentrates on all aspects of employment litigation, including cases involving federal and state laws, such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Jamie’s experience as a civil clerk has cultivated her strong career as a reputable attorney. She ensures her clients are well-represented and tirelessly fights on the behalf of wronged employees and employers. Jamie received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jamie has been selected to Rising Stars each year since 2018.

Traci M. Greenberg, a senior associate at the firm who practices employment litigation, represents both federal and state employers and employees in employment litigation matters. Traci has written and published articles in The Legal Intelligencer about numerous law topics. She has been selected to Super Lawyers each year since 2017, continuously provides pro bono services for the Legal Network for Gender Equity, and is a volunteer for the AIDS Law Protect of Pennsylvania.

Traci received her Juris Doctor from the Syracuse University College of Law and is an integral member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the State Court of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
