Sid earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1975. Sid has been selected to the Super Lawyers list each consecutive year since 2004. He has received numerous other awards throughout his career, including being recognized by Best Lawyers in America. He has received the highest rating possible in employment law by the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register. Martindale-Hubbell also rated him as an “AV Rated” attorney for 15 consecutive years. He has also been selected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honorary organization of attorneys, judges, and legal scholars. Additionally, he is the founding member of the Third Circuit Court of Appeal Bar Association.
Traci M. Greenberg, a senior associate, concentrates her practice in representing both employees and employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including claims under federal and state anti-discrimination laws and federal civil rights laws. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, the State Court of New York, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court, the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Traci received her Juris Doctor from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2000. Traci is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association. She has authored articles for The Legal Intelligencer and has been interviewed on various employment law topics. Traci has been named on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list each year since 2017.
William Rieser, associate, is a top-rated attorney who handles employment and labor cases involving both employees and employers. William advocates for his clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, where he is admitted to practice law in both states.
William earned his Juris Doctor at Villanova University School of Law in 2011, where he was a member of the Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic and the recipient of the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law. He also co-authored a publication for The Legal Intelligencer about retaliation claims. William was previously named on the Rising Star list from 2019 to 2021 before being selected to this year’s Super Lawyers list.
Jamie L. Ford, associate, focuses her practice on the representation of employees and employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including discrimination claims arising from violations of federal laws, such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. She has developed a reputation as being an excellent employment law attorney and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Jamie earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2015, where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Jamie has been selected to the Rising Stars list each consecutive year since 2018.
Neelima Vanguri, associate, assists clients in all aspects of employment litigation. Neelima is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Neelima earned her Juris Doctor from Temple University in 2009, where she served as the Student Bar Association President, as well as a staff and editorial member of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review. She is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the South Asian Bar Association. In 2018, Neelima was appointed to the Philadelphia Bar Association Bar of Governors and was recently appointed Co-Chair of the Women in the Profession Committee for 2020 through the Philadelphia Bar Association. She was named 2018 Attorney of the Year by The Legal Intelligencer, recognized for her work on the transgender rights case Blatt v. Cabela’s Retail. This is Neelima’s second year being named on the Rising Stars list.
