As of April of 2016, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolfe signed two executive decisions banning LGBTQ discrimination in Pennsylvania. Many states including the District of Columbia have such laws in place to protect the rights of LGBTQ individuals. Furthermore, for states without such laws, many legal teams will cite sexual discrimination as per the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
