Biography
Ms. King is an associate at the Philadelphia law firm of The Gold Law Firm P.C. She began her work with the firm as a law student clerk in 2019 and has continued on as a strong member of the team as an associate. Her practice as a litigator is concentrated in the representation of primarily employees in all aspects of employment-related ligation, including claims under federal, state, and municipal anti-discrimination statutes.
Ms. King is a passionate attorney who has demonstrated her drive and commitment to her clients throughout her career. She is dedicated to vindicating employees’ rights, with distinct passion for fighting sexual harassment in the workplace and the burgeoning area of LGBT workplace protections.
Ms. King earned her B.A. in Political Science, Women and Gender Studies, and French from Vanderbilt University in 2017. She returned home to the Philadelphia area after her southern hiatus for undergraduate, and graduated cum laude, earning her J.D. and Certificate in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2020, where she was awarded a Law Faculty Scholarship. Ms. King lives in Delaware County with her three beloved rescue dogs.
