Mr. Rieser is an associate at the Philadelphia law firm of Sidney L. Gold & Associates, P.C., which has been recognized by the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register as a preeminent law firm in the field of employment law and civil rights litigation. His practice, as well as that of the law firm, is exclusively concentrated in the representation of both employees and employers in all aspects of employment related ligation, including claims under federal and state anti discrimination statutes.

Mr. Rieser gained experience advocating for employees and employers in employment and civil rights matters serving as a clerk for the law firm during his years in law school.

Mr. Rieser received a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from Widener University in 2007, and earned a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2011, where he was a member of the Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic.

Mr. Rieser was also the recipient of the 2011 ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law.
