Charlie Walk, the President of Republic Records and a judge on the show, will not be part of the finale. Once a former colleague exposed the harassment, Charlie Walk decided to leave the show. While the victim worked with him at Columbia Records, she claims she endured unwanted sexual advances, inappropriate physical contact, and lewd comments from him. After the disclosure earlier this week, he was suspended from his job, and an investigation began.
