The Gold Law Firm P.C. is proud to announce that William Rieser, Esq., Jamie L. Ford, Esq., and Brian C. Farrell, Esq. have been elevated to partner status at the firm.

Mr. Rieser represents employees and employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including state and federal anti-discrimination law claims. A graduate of Widener University and Villanova University School of Law, Mr. Rieser’s interest in pursuing employment law began during a clerkship with the firm during law school. He was also the 2011 recipient of the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law.

Ms. Ford is an exceptional attorney and advocates on behalf of both employers and employees in civil rights and anti-discrimination matters. Ms. Ford is a graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania and Villanova University School of Law, where she also served as a clerk at the firm during law school. She was the 2015 recipient of the Villanova University School of Law Dean’s Merit Scholarship.

Mr. Farrell focuses his practice on private and public sector employment law regarding civil rights matters, with significant experience handling complex state and federal litigation cases. Mr. Farrell is a graduate of Wake Forest University and Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the National Trial Team and awarded the ABA-Bloomberg ABA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law.
