Philadelphia Employment Lawyers: Recent Ruling in Landmark Transgender Case

Earlier this week, the Department of Justice (DOJ) ruled in favor of our plaintiff, a transgender individual suing her former employer under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA.) Philadelphia gender identity lawyers at Sidney L. Gold & Associates represent the plaintiff in this case.

On Monday, the DOJ ruled that transgender people should be able to pursue an ADA claim due to a surge in scientific evidence that concludes that being transgender may initiate physically in a person.
