Sidney L. Gold is a founding member of the Eastern Pennsylvania chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA). Since 1983, he has held membership in the organization, which protects workers’ rights, and helps guide the direction and future of employment law matters. In 2008, NELA started the Employee Rights Advocacy Institute for Law and Policy (The Institute), which stands up for individuals whose livelihoods are jeopardized by employers who violate their rights, and which Mr. Gold proudly supports. Moreover, Attorney Gold is member of the Institute’s Visionary Circle. One of the major issues that The Institute focuses on is forced arbitration in the workplace in the hopes that it will be eliminated as an obstacle for many workers across the country.
The legal team at Sidney L. Gold & Associates are staunch advocates for workers’ rights and for those who have been mistreated in the workplace. We continue to fight against forced arbitration because of the threat it poses to the protection, enforcement, and vindication of employee rights. We believe that our justice system is vital to protecting the rights of workers.
